Purpose

Tamy is an app that helps you organise your studies and revision. Answers from the AI assistant are provided as help and may contain mistakes: they do not replace a teacher.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the content you import. You agree not to import unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.

Tamy Pro

Monthly or yearly subscription, billed by the App Store or Google Play to your store account.
7-day free trial for new subscribers; unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts automatically.
Automatic renewal each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, from your store subscription settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.

Intellectual property

The app, the Tamy brand and the mascot are protected. You keep ownership of the content you import; you only grant us the right to process it to provide the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

Governing law
